Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic shipping can take 5-7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with tracking details.

  • Yes, we offer free shipping for prepaid orders.

  • Currently, we ship only within India. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

Returns/ Exchange & Refunds

  • Refunds or Exchange are issued in case of the following issues.

    • A damaged item
    • A manufacturing defect
    • An incorrect product

    In Case of a Refund:

    • Reverse pickup will be arranged
    • return shipping fee of ₹120 may be deducted
    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection
  • You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

    Requests raised after 15 days will not be eligible.

    • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
    • All original tags must be attached
    • Product must be returned in original packaging
    • No stains, perfumes, deodorant marks, or damage
    • The Sale Policy: No Returns/ Only Exchanges are accepted for products purchased during a SALE.
    • Sizes for exchange are subject to availability.
    • If there is a price difference in your favour during an exchange, the balance will be issued as a redeemable Gift Card.

    All returned products undergo a quality inspection before approval.

    Chivio reserves the right to decline returns that fail inspection.

    • First exchange is complimentary
    • Reverse pickup will be arranged
    • Replacement will be dispatched after inspection

    We strongly recommend referring to the size guide before placing an order to reduce fit-related returns.
