Refund policy

At Chivio, we want you to love what you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect match, we’re here to help you get it right. Please review our detailed guide below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.


1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Requests raised after 15 days will not be eligible.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • No stains, perfumes, deodorant marks, or damage
  • The Sale Policy: No Returns/ Only Exchanges are accepted for products purchased during a SALE.
  • Sizes for exchange are subject to availability.
  • If there is a price difference in your favour during an exchange, the balance will be issued as a redeemable Gift Card.

All returned products undergo a quality inspection before approval.

Chivio reserves the right to decline returns that fail inspection.


3. Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour:

  • First exchange is complimentary
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged
  • Replacement will be dispatched after inspection

We strongly recommend referring to the size guide before placing an order to reduce fit-related returns.


4. Returns & Refunds

If you prefer a refund:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged
  • A return shipping fee of ₹120 may be deducted
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection

Refunds will be issued to:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds go directly back to your source account within 5 working days of us receiving the returned item.
  • COD Orders: In compliance with RBI guidelines regarding cash payouts, all COD refunds are issued via Gift Vouchers/Discount Vouchers. These cannot be converted to cash or sent to a bank account.
  • Sale Items: Items bought during a sale are non-refundable. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style.
  • Partial Refunds: If you paid using a mix of methods, your refund will be split in the same proportion.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Products returned without original tags

6. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in:

  • COD being disabled for future purchases
  • Orders being cancelled at our discretion
